Diet Technician: PT (3 days/week). Wayne County Nursing Home, Lyons , NY . Responsible for supporting the clinical programs and assisting the Clinical Nutrition Manager. Responsibilities also cover charting, QA, meal rounds and some supervision. Ideal candidate will be a dietetic technician with experience in long term care or a DTR.
