Membership in this
corporation is limited to members of The American Dietetic Association
whose official mailing address is listed in the State of New York, and
who reside or work in the GDA district.

The Membership form will be mailed out in late June with a July 31, 2011 due date. The early bird incentive is due July 20,2011. Applications are accepted throughout the year.
